My goal in harmony with my book is to help those that are struggling with Methamphetamine, find hope and trust in the Lord. In addition, exercise, weight training, martial arts, band training and various methods I have discovered over my 64 years of life. My success in recovery has been in consistant training of mind-body and spirit. Everything aligns once you allow Christ into your life as your Lord and Savior.
I have numerous work out plans that I have been able to develop over the years and will have them available on my website for sale, to assist you in various stages in the journry.
In addition, I have made better gains in my home gym, then the YMCA and Other Gyms that I used in the past. I have a home gym consisting of a BowFlex (300pds of resistance) I purchased used for 125.00. I also have from 1lb to 40lb dumbells, curl bar , 250pds of free weights, Olympic Bar, Weight Bench adjustable from upright to decline position, multi-band set with attachment handles from 10-55LBs, EMS (electromuscle stimulator abs) push up bars, heavy bag, speed bag, exercise ball for crunches, various hand grip, exerciser tension warm up device, weighted handled medicine ball for obliques and of course weight gloves and safety equipment. I also have a portable suana that I purchased for 200.00 on Amazon and it really helps to detox you and just relax you after a hard work out.
As a man of faith, I am also a father of 2 wonderful daughters, Arianna and Kaitlyn and my wife Trish, who I have been married to since 1984. I am lucky to still have my wonderful family in my life and it was their inspiration that led me to write my story. I have been clean and sober since 8-26-2001. God insisted I change my path and do what is right and genuine, without drugs and alcohol. I was transformed the instant I sincerely prayed to have God remove all of my shortcomings and he did. Prayer is the most powerful tool in my recovery and I can honestly say that my faith and understanding in the bible has been a true pathway to my clean and sober life. I joined a Martial Arts School and trained for over 7 years achieving a student Black Belt and then my 1st Degree Black Belt. In addition, to my Karate training I was very interested in bodybuilding and have pursued that training after I stopped going to the Karate School. I still incorporate martial arts forms and workouts on my heavy bag and speed bag 5 days per week and at 64 years old, I am in the best shape of my life. I have always believed in the bible and in Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior and as I continue life’s journey, I find peace in knowing God can do what I cannot.
Nutritional supplements have been extremely important in my journey as I continue to live a clean and healthy life style. I spent years through trial and error, in addition to research to come up with the best supplements for not only a healthy lifestyle, but also supplements for my bodybuilding goals. The following are the items I take daily, I purchase 100% of my supplements online and have stayed with those supplements that work. I have been taking supplements since I was 13 yrs old on a consistant basis and I will continue to research, as new supplements are being developed all the time. I recommend getting a blood test prior to any big nutritional changes and ask your doctor based upon your own specific health needs. Everyone reacts differently to various supplements and you may or may not be able to take the same things that I do.
(Get Medical Advise Prior to any big supplement changes or additions to your diet)

I have studied supplements and nutrition most of my life, I am positive that these have extended my life and I will continue to research and share this type of inforamtion fgor the benefit of my readers.
I also emcourage everyone to do their own research, as things seem to change and move quickly, what works today may not work tommorrow. Its critical to go by how you actually feel and respond to these types of supplements. Its also important to remember if you take any typr of medication to get your doctors approval prior to trying something new.
To your good health and fitness, all my best to you all.
